Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At NIFDTB Academy, all course fees, registration fees, and any other payments made towards admission are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances.

No Cancellations

Once an admission is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled. Students are encouraged to carefully review course details, duration, fees, and schedules before enrolling.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after enrollment
Inability to attend classes due to personal, medical, or other reasons
Discontinuing the course midway
Dissatisfaction with the course or training
Non-attendance of classes

No Transfers in Lieu of Refund

Fees paid are also non-transferable to another individual or another course, unless explicitly approved in writing by the Academy at its sole discretion.

Franchise Payments

Franchise fees and related payments made under a Franchise Agreement are governed by the cancellation and refund terms set out in that specific agreement, and are not covered by this policy.
