Welcome to NIFDTB Academy (National Institute of Fashion Designing, Tailoring and Beauty). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.nifdtb.com, our training programs, our franchise offerings, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by NIFDTB Academy ("NIFDTB," "Academy," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, enquiring about a course, enrolling as a student, or applying for a franchise, you ("you," "User," "Student," or "Franchise Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. About NIFDTB Academy
NIFDTB Academy is a multiskill training institute established in 2012 and headquartered at ADG Arcade, 138, SH 17, near Ashoka Pillar, Nanjundeswara Nagar, Old Rayakottah Hudco, Hosur, Tamil Nadu 635109, India. The Academy operates through three specialised institutes: the Institute of Beauty and Makeup, the Institute of Fashion Designing, and the Institute of Cosmetic Science, offering certificate and diploma programs including the Diploma in Beauty, Makeup, Cosmetology, Hair Cutting and Hair Styling; the Diploma in Fashion Designing; the Diploma in Skincare Formulation; and the Diploma in Colour Cosmetics Formulation.
2. Eligibility
Our courses and Services are intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Minors may enrol only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms on the minor's behalf.
3. Admissions and Enrollment
3.1 Enrollment in any NIFDTB Academy course is confirmed only upon submission of a completed admission form and payment of the applicable registration or course fee.
3.2 Course details such as duration, syllabus, batch timings, and faculty are subject to change at the Academy's discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of any material changes.
3.3 The Academy reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an admission at its sole discretion, including where information provided by an applicant is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
3.4 Course materials, books, and kits described as part of a program are provided as per the syllabus structure in force at the time of enrollment.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Course fees, registration fees, and any other applicable charges must be paid in full or in accordance with the instalment schedule communicated at the time of admission.
4.2 All fees are non-transferable to another individual unless expressly approved in writing by the Academy.
4.3 Refunds, where applicable, are governed solely by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. Please review it before enrolling.
4.4 The Academy reserves the right to revise course fees for future batches; such revisions will not affect students already enrolled and paid in full for a current batch.
5. Certification and Placement Support
5.1 Upon successful completion of a course, including attendance and assessment requirements set by the Academy, students will be awarded a certificate and, where applicable, a memento at a convocation program.
5.2 References to "100% Placement Support" describe the Academy's commitment to providing placement assistance, guidance, and industry connections to eligible students. This is assistance and support only, and does not constitute a guarantee of employment, a specific salary, or a particular job placement. Actual outcomes depend on factors outside the Academy's control, including individual performance, market conditions, and employer decisions.
5.3 Certificates and diplomas issued by NIFDTB Academy are recognitions of training completed at the Academy and are not equivalent to government-accredited degrees unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of enrollment.
6. Student Conduct
6.1 Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful conduct towards trainers, staff, and fellow students at all Academy premises.
6.2 The Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel any student whose conduct is found to be disruptive, unsafe, dishonest, or in violation of Academy policies, without obligation to refund fees already paid, except as provided under the Refund Policy.
6.3 Students are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, tools, and materials while on Academy premises. The Academy is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
7. Health and Safety
Certain courses involve the use of equipment, chemicals, cosmetic ingredients, or tools (including but not limited to galvanic, high-frequency, and ultrasonic machines, waxing equipment, and skincare formulation ingredients). Students must follow all safety instructions provided by trainers. The Academy is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages arising from a student's failure to follow safety guidelines or from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed at the time of enrollment.
8. Franchise Terms
8.1 Information published on our website regarding franchise opportunities, including indicative franchise fees, royalty percentages, area requirements, and anticipated returns, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
8.2 Any franchise relationship with NIFDTB Academy will be governed exclusively by a separate, formally executed Franchise Agreement between the Academy and the franchise partner, which will set out the definitive terms, obligations, fees, territory rights, and duration of the arrangement.
8.3 Figures such as anticipated return on investment or payback period mentioned on the website are illustrative estimates only and are not guarantees of business performance.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All course content, syllabus structures, training manuals, books, formulation guides, video materials, trademarks, logos, and other content made available by NIFDTB Academy (the "Academy Content") are the intellectual property of NIFDTB Academy or its licensors.
9.2 Students and franchise partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Academy Content solely for personal learning or for conducting authorised training under a valid franchise agreement.
9.3 Reproducing, distributing, selling, sublicensing, or publicly sharing Academy Content without prior written consent from NIFDTB Academy is strictly prohibited.
10. Website Use
10.1 You agree to use www.nifdtb.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the website by any third party.
10.2 All text, images, logos, and design elements on the website are owned by or licensed to NIFDTB Academy and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10.3 We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
11. Photography, Testimonials, and Media
By enrolling in or attending any NIFDTB Academy program, you consent to the Academy photographing or recording your participation (including classwork, practicals, and convocation events) and using such images, videos, or testimonials for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you notify us in writing that you withhold this consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NIFDTB Academy, its directors, employees, and trainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income or business opportunity, arising from your enrollment, use of our Services, or reliance on information published on our website.

Course information, syllabus details, fee structures, and franchise figures on our website are provided in good faith and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, the Academy does not warrant that all content on the website is complete, current, or error-free.
